India has decided to build six new Airborne Early Warning and Control Planes to further strengthen the surveillance capability along the Line of Actual Control with China and the Line of Control with Pakistan. Branches In AFCAT : AFCAT also known as  Air Force Common Admission Test is a written test conducted by the Indian Air Force twice every year to include officers in the Indian Air Force. The written examination is followed by an Air Force Selection Board interview for the shortlisted candidates.
