MNS Interview is Conducted by a Pannel Generally Consisting of 4-5 People which includes:-

1.Maj Gen Or Brigadier Rank Officer Seated in uniform

2.Senior Nursing Officer Generally Of Lt Col Rank

3.Psychologist -Male or Female

4.1-2 Officers from AMC

Hence The Pannel Consist of 4-5 People each seated  with a Different Purpose

Duration of MNS Interview

The Ideal MNS Interview Is Conducted for 15-20 Mins However Duration can vary.Duration does not decide whether the Candidate is Selected or Rejected.Duration can range from 10 mins to 40 mins

Q6. Suppose we Transfer you to Jammu and Kashmir How will you Manage Your Family?
