Ladakh deadlock: Indian Army will insist on withdrawal of Chinese troops in eighth round of talks today
The Indian Army will call for a full withdrawal of Chinese troops from all deadlocked locations in East Ladakh in the eighth round of Corps Commander level scheduled to be held on Friday. Panna Tiger Reserve gets status of Biosphere Reserve from UNESCO
Panna Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh has been included in UNESCO’s ‘World Network of Biosphere Reserves’ list. Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar, while sharing the news on Twitter, congratulated the reserve for the situation and praised its work on tiger conservation. Adding the tiger reserve to the UNESCO list will help in discovering new measures towards the conservation and sustainability of wildlife. NASA will launch US-European ocean-surveillance satellite on 21 November
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) aims to launch the upcoming US-European ocean-surveillance satellite – Sentinel-6 (Sentinel-6) on November 21, 2020. The satellite will be launched with a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. India tests new version of Pinaka rocket system
