SOLVING REACTION TEST

Reaction Test as the name says it is a test to check feelings of the candidate how they will react to certain situations.

Humans have an ability to react to certain things automatically depending on situations

Example:-

If saw anyone falling we will rush to help them without them even asking. It is how humans react and give response.

Similarly we give response reaction to certain normal events like he copied him so it will be said to the person copying to don’t.

Human react this way some more some less and to the degree their reaction depends on their mentality, approach and character.

Example- If a weak heart person saw any major accident he/she might not want to see scene but a strong won’t feel like that and would be more helping better than the weaker person.

SSB conducts this Reaction Test to check the capability of candidate how their mentality is and how they react.

Although the statement will be very simple and candidates are expected to just give simple response but their response statement will give assessors and psychologist brief idea about their approach, mentality.

Examples-

It was raining heavily there and he………..

1-He rushed towards home.

2-He enjoyed walking in rain

3-He saw some paper boats in water.

As we see we can give any response but our each response have a deeper psychological reasoning behind because that’s our brain reflecting that response and psychologist will evaluate to a degree your approach behavior thoughts and ultimately your nature and character.

So how do we perform well in it?
