Not only this, the name of Sukhwinder Singh also appeared in the hand grenade attack in Pathankot. It is said that this RDX was imported from Pakistan. However, nothing has been said openly by the police on this yet.
In fact, on Monday, a youth resident of Amritsar, Sukhwinder Singh, was arrested with a revolver. On his interrogation and spotting, the police have recovered one kilogram of RDX from Dinanagar. Getting RDX from Dinanagar is also a more sensitive matter because on July 27, 2015, there was a terrorist attack on the police station here. On November 22, there was a grenade attack on the Pathankot Military Station in which two people were revealed to be involved. Sukhwinder is being told one of these accused. Now the police is also investigating his Pakistan connection.
Police said Orapi has been identified as Sukhwinder, a resident of Amritsar. He was arrested from Dinanagar in Gurdaspur district on Sunday and a pistol was also recovered from him, police said. According to the police, during interrogation, he told about the explosives and then one kilogram of RDX was recovered. Gurdaspur Senior Superintendent of Police Nanak Singh told PTI that Sukhwinder (29) is a resident of Kakkar village under Lopoke police station area of ​​Amritsar district. He said that the investigation of the matter is on.
