Pegasus Case : Supreme Court’s big decision, expert committee will investigate matter

The Supreme Court gave its verdict on 27 October 2021 on petitions seeking an independent investigation in the Pegasus spyware case. Let us inform that in the petitions filed in the court, an independent inquiry was demanded. A bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Hima Kohli gave its verdict. The court has handed over its investigation to the expert committee. Such an indication had already been given by the court.
