JAG 25 Course – Official Notification Out

Indian Army JAG 25 entry scheme notification 2020 is out. Judge Advocate General (JAG 25) 2020-21 is a special entry scheme for both male and female law graduates for Short Service Commission. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the post until 13^th February, 2020. In this JAG 25 special entry there is no written examination.

VACANCY DETAILS: Short Service Commission JAG 25 (Spl) Entry

• Men – 7 vacancies.
• Women – 7 vacancies.

IMPORTANT DATES – Short Service Commission JAG 25 (Spl) Entry

• Age Limit – 21yrs – 27yrs (Born not earlier than 2^nd July, 1993 and not later than 1^st July, 1999, both dates inclusive)
• Nationality: Candidates must be either,

1. Citizen of India, or
2. A subject of Bhutan, or
3. A subject of Nepal, or
4. A Tibetan refugee.

• Educational Qualification-Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years professional after graduation or five years after 10+2 examination). The candidates should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State. Candidates should be from a College / University recognized by Bar Council of India.

SELECTION PROCESS – Short Service Commission JAG 25 (Spl) Entry

• Short listing of applications by Integrated HQ of MoD (Army).
• After short listing of applications, the Centre allotment Allahabad, Bhopal, Bangalore and Kapurthala will be intimated to candidates via their email.
• After Selection Centre allotment, candidates will have to log in to the website and have to select their SSB dates
• After qualifying the SSB interview the candidates are them put through medical standard test.
• Successful candidates will get the joining instructions based on the JAG merit list to join OTA, Chennai for 49 weeks.
