  • This was the 7th winning in ICC World Cup of India against Pakistan.
  • India after losing toss batted first while batting they set score of 336 in 50 overs for Pakistan. Pakistan need 337 runs to win.
  • Due to rain the (DSL) method is applied according to which Pakistan have to score 302 runs in 40 over .
  • As before rain 35th over was playing and they have score just 166 runs it is very difficult for them to achieve the target.
