In this Blog we will discuss How Training of TES Cadets is Conducted?

Once TES Merit List is made , 90 Cadets are being Called To Join Army TES. These 90 Cadets in Group of 30 Each are sent to one of the Following Cadets Training Wing :-

1.CME (Pune)

2.MCTE (MHOW)

3.MCEME (SECUNDERABAD)

The Cadets are Trained for 3 Years where there B.Tech Classes run Parallel with the Training and Last Year is in Indian Military Academy. Let us Discuss in Detail about Each of the Cadets Training Wing:-

1.CME-Pune-College Of Military Engineering

B. Tech Civil

B. Tech Mechanical

Parent Army → Corps of Engineers

Training location – > Pune

Training Duration – > 3 years

2.MCTE – Mhow – Military College of Telecommunication Engineering

B. Tech IT

B. Tech Telecom. Engg.

Parent Army – Corps of Signals

Training Location – Mhow

Training Duration – 3 years

3.MCEME – Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engg.

B. Tech electronics

B. Tech Mechanical

Parent Army – Crops of Electronics & Mechanical Engg.

Training Location – Secundrabad

Training Duration – 3 years

Cadets after 3 Years of Training in Cadet Training Wing are shifted together to Indian Military Academy for Pre Commissioning Training ,Post which they wear Lieutenant Rank and are commissioned in Various Units of Indian Army.

In such a manner Training is Conducted for 10+2 TES Cadets.
