Indian Coast Guard Group B Recruitment 2021

Coast Guard Group B Recruitment 2021 : Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has officially released the notification of Group B for the posts of Chargeman, General Central Service. All interested candidates can apply for it via official website –joinindiancoastguard.gov.in or www.indiancoastguard.nic.in.

The application process has started from 13 August 2021 and the last date of application is 13 September 2021. The selected candidates will be posted at Chennai, Tuticorin, Diglipur, Campbell Bay, Jakhau, Kolkata and Haldia.

Indian Coast Guard Group B Chargeman Vacancy Details

Chargeman – 9 Posts

A chargeman is the incharge of the line of other workers.

Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit – 20 Yrs

Maximum Age Limit – 28 Yrs

(For special categories) Not exceeding 30 years (There will be age relaxation for the candidates belonging to the reserved category as per government norms)

Educational Qualification

The candidates holding a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Marine or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognized University.

Selection Process

• Written Test (Preliminary and Main Examinations)
• Group Discussion
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Personal Interview

NOTE- Final Selection will be done based on their performance from all these round which is categorized in four parts mentioned above.

• Arithmetic

• General English

• Mental Ability

NOTE- Experience related to the said posts.
