7.NCC Certificates

8.Undertaking by Parents If Age is Below 18 yrs

9.Copy Of MNS Form Filled Up

NCC Certificate is n imp Document as 10% Reservation is there For NCC  C Certificate Holders.Also +10 Bonus Marks are given to NCC C Certificate Holders thus If you are NCC c certificate Holder do join Military Nursing Services.
