Changes in Agneepath Agniveer Scheme

In 2022 Agneepath Scheme was introduced in which Jawans Of army will now be Called as Engineers. Agniveers Job will be of 4 yrs after which 25% will be retained in Army and 75% will be Re Settled outside the Indian Army.The Aim Of Introducing Agneepath Scheme was to Reduce the Pension Bill of Army.With the Introduction Of Agneepath Scheme The Selection Procedure of Indian agniveer was as Follows:-

Stage 1

Physical Fitness Test

Stage 2

Medicals

Stage 3

Common Online Exam known as CEE-Common Entrance Examination which was in a Online Mode.

However as the First Recruitment Process of Agneepath Scheme Finished The Selection Process of Agneepath Changed for the Second Recruitment,The Changes in Agneepath Scheme are as follows:-

Indian Army has now introduced CEE Exam at the very first Stage.Which means Agniveers will now fist have to Appear for Common Entrance Examination at the Very First Stage.This Shows Army too now is Focusing more On Studies Part
CEE Exam will be held together in 200 Locations in All Over India
Those who Pass in CEE Exam will appear for Physical Fitness Test.By this There won’t be much rush at Rally Centres and Agniveers can show their Physical Stamina Easily in small Groups
After PFT is Medicals thus Only Who have Cleared CEE & Physical will be facing Medicals .With This step being introduced burden on Indian Army too will be reduced
