CDS 1 2021 OTA Merit List : The UPSC has released the CDS 1 OTA Chennai Merit List for men and women for the year 2021. There have been 169 candidates recommended in total.
The following are the lists of 169 (*113 + 56) candidates who have finally qualified for admission to the I *Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for 115th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) and (ii) *Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for 115th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Women) commencing in April 2022 based on the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2021 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Interviews held by the Services Selection Board.
The 115th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) list also includes the names of candidates who were previously recommended for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course based on the results of the same examination (s).
According to the government notification there are 170 vacancies for (I) the 115th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) and 17 vacancies for (II) the 29th Short Service Commission Women (NonTechnical) Course.
The results of the candidates’ medical examinations were not taken into account when creating the merit list. All of the candidates’ candidacies are provisional. Army officers will verify these candidates’ dates of birth and educational qualifications.
Candidates can also get results information by visiting the UPSC website at www.upsc.gov.in. Candidates’ marks, on the other hand, will be available on the Commission’s website for 30 days after the final results are announced.
