Branches In AFCAT : AFCAT also known as  Air Force Common Admission Test is a written test conducted by the Indian Air Force twice every year to include officers in the Indian Air Force. The written examination is followed by an Air Force Selection Board interview for the shortlisted candidates. Through AFCAT you can apply for all the three branches of IAF which are Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Duty branches. The eligibility criteria are different for different branches. While only three branches have short service commission for women, there is a permanent service commission for men as well
