AFCAT Cut Off : AFCAT is one such test that can give you wings! Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) is a written test conducted by the Indian Air Force twice every year to induct officers into IAF. The written test for the shortlisted candidates is followed by the Air Force Selection Board Interview.
This exam is conducted by the Indian Air Force twice every year. AFCAT exam was started in 2011. Earlier this exam was conducted on OMR sheet. But from 2019 this exam is being taken online.
You get 100 questions in AFCAT exam and each question is of 3 marks. There is also negative marking in this exam. If one question is wrong, you will get 1 mark deducted. Total Duration is 2 hours (120 minutes). There are no marks for unattended questions.
AFCAT is only for SSC (Short Service Commission) entry in Indian Air Force.
AFCAT Selection Procedure
Selection will be done on the following basis:
1.AFCAT Written Examination
2. Officers Intelligence Rating Test and Picture Perception and Discussion Test, Psychological Test
3. Group Test / Interview

AFCAT Cut Off
The AFCAT is the final qualifying mark score which a candidate must get in order to get its name listed on All India Merit List. AFCAT Cut Off is based on AFCAT Written and separate cut off is for EKT Test.
