ACC Exam Syllabus

Indian Army has updated ACC exam syllabus.

Army Cadet College (ACC) selects only the cadets serving in Indian Army as Jawans, those who are of 20 – 27 years of age and has completed atleast 2 years of service and having a good Annual confidential report having no red mark on it are eligible

Latest ACC Syllabus 

There will be total 6 sections in the written examination. Every section is of 50 mark consisting of 25 questions.

That means the total paper is of 6  50 = 300 marks for 3 hours.

The first section is of Reasoning

1. Verbal   –  10 questions
2. Number series
3. Letter series
4. Analogy
5. Coding & Decoding
6. Drawing Conclusion
7. Ranking
8. Blood Relation
9. Distance and Direction Test
10. Symbol Substitution
11. Calendar and Clock

B. Non Verbal Reasoning-15 Questions

The second section is of Mathematics  25 questions

1. Arithmetic               5 Questions
2. Algebra                    5 Questions
3. Mensuration          5 Questions
4. Trigonometry        5 Questions
5. Geometry               3 Questions
6. Statistics and Probability 2 Questions

• The third section is of General Knowledge    25 question each of 2 marks equals to 50 marks

1. Who is who (India & World)                    5 Questions
2. The Armed Forces                                      5 Questions
3. Sports                                                            5 Questions
4. Arts, Culture and Literature                     5 Questions
5. National & International Affairs              5 Questions

• The fourth paper is of English

There is no descriptive type of questions only objective type of questions will be asked consisting of vocabulary.

3. Synonyms & Antonyms                            5 Questions
4. Phrases & Idioms                                      5 Questions
5. Comprehension Passage                           5 Questions

• Fifth section is of science comprising questions from physics, chemistry and biology.

• Last section is for Humanities

For ACC at our Trishul Defence Academy the duration of the offline course is of 60 days. And for online batched we provide recorded lectures as our jawans are having shortage of time. Daily 6 hours classes from Monday to Saturday. And on Sunday previous year papers will be provided. Focus is on to enhance your English. Along with regular testdaily practice tests  will be conducted and books will be provided form Trishul Defence Academy publications.
