A book for Paramvir Chakra Awardee- Param Parwane

On March 2018, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat released a book on Paramveer Chakra awardees named “Paramveer Parvane”. This book mentions the bravery of Paramveer Chakra awardees from the years 1947 to 1965.
The author of this book is Dr. Prabha Kiran Jain. This book has been published by Medha Books. The book consists of 11 short stories , poems and songs.
This Book mentions the courage and leadership of the brave soldiers who sacrificed the their lives to protect the motherland. It is written in simple and interesting language keeping young reads in mind . The second part of this book will also be published soon.

About Author

Prabha Kiran Jain (born 1963) is a poetess and author. She has done her Masters in Political Science . She received the prestigious Bal Sahitya Samman Award and Bal & Kishore Sahitya Samman from Hindi Academy, Govt. of New Delhi , for her excellent contribution of children’s Literature and child song books respectively.
She runs a non-profit organization called prem Shanti Sahitya Sanskriti Sansthan to promote Hindi Literary. She is the join secretary of the Akhil Bharatvashiya Diganber Jain Parishad and editor of the magazine Veer. She is a regular host of shows in all India Radio and Doordarshan
