Election Commission of India will formally launch the Electronic Electoral Photo Identity Card today (25 January). E-Epic will be a PDF version of the Electoral Photo Identity Card. It cannot be edited. It will have a secure QR code with picture and serial number, part number etc. On the occasion of ‘National Voters’ Day’, on January 25, the electronic electronic photo ID card facility has been started across the country.
