• Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) : Candidates have to write stories based on provided pictures.
• Word Association Test (WAT) : Candidates respond to a set of words with associated thoughts.
• Situation Reaction Test (SRT) : Candidates respond to various hypothetical situations.
• Self-Description Test (SD) : Candidates write about their own perception of their strengths and weaknesses.

3. Stage III: Group Testing Officer (GTO) Tasks :

• Group Discussion (GD) : Candidates participate in group discussions on specified topics.
• Group Planning Exercise (GPE) : Candidates work as a group to plan and solve a given task.
• Progressive Group Task (PGT) : Candidates tackle a series of obstacles as a group.
• Group Obstacle Race : Candidates complete an obstacle course as a team.
• Lecturette : Candidates give a short impromptu talk on a given topic.
• Individual Obstacles : Candidates complete a set of physical and mental tasks individually.

4. Stage IV: Personal Interview :

• Candidates face a one-on-one interview with an interviewing officer who assesses their personality, knowledge, and suitability for an officer's role.

5. Stage V: Conference :

• All the assessors gather to discuss and finalize the candidates' results and recommendations.
