I am Anshu kumar chaurasiya a student of Trishul Defence Academy .I was selected in AIRFORCE X &Y GROUP and it was just because of Trishul’s faculty who helped in achieving my goal.
According to me, one who has enough knowledge to crack the written exam, able to crack Physical and is medically fit. He will surely go for training. It is not so hard , exam is easy , In PFT, Running of 1600 m to be completed in 6 min and 30 sec , 10 pushups , 10 sit ups and 20 squats and finally medical test. So ,I advise you to work hard for written exam to score maximum so that You can make it to the merit list , Start your practice for running ,try to manage the time , do Pushups, Sit ups and Squats. Make a routine and follow it. One more thing, Pushups for PFT is not normal as we do, They want you to do pushups by holding yourself up and down for 7 to 15 seconds. So , Every day practice is the best way to do pushups there to clear the PFT Because After running , You will feel exhausted and you have to do pushups immediately ( They do not give so much time to recover ). Many of the candidates get out in pushups instead of running because their hands don’t support them.
