MNS Entry in Indian Army

There are two Entries in Military Nursing Services

1.) To Join MNS One can Appear after CLass 12 and age for MNS is 17-24 years where Girl Candidates will be Given Bsc Nursing Certification along with Basic Military Training

2.) To Join MNS One can Appear after Doing Bsc Nursing and age for the same is 21-35 yrs of Age

However Every Year Entry For CLass 12 Pass Students comes with 220 Vacancies thus Mostly Candidates join MNS after CLass 12 and Age For Joining MNS After CLass 12 is 17-24 yrs of age.

Eligibility For MNS

To Join MNS after Class 12 One has to meet Following Eligibilities:-

1. Educational Qualification

* Class 12 with Phy,Chem,Bio and English With minimum 50% Marks
* Should be a Regular Student
* Board can be State/CBSE/ISC or any other Recognized Board

2. Age For MNS

Age Limit For MNS After CLass 12 is between 17-24 years of age .There is no Relaxation of age

3. Height For MNS

Minimum Acceptable Height for MNS is 148 cms however relaxation of 5 cm is given to Girls from Hilly Terrain Regions like Ladakh region,Kumaon Region

4. Weight For MNS

The Minimum acceptable Weight for Military Nursing Services is 39 kgs

5. Marital Status

Only Unmarried Females can apply for MNS After Class 12 Undergraduate Programme

6. Eye Standards for MNS

* Good Eye 6/6
* Worst Eye 6/18
* Myopia Power till -5.5 D
* Hypermetropia Power till +3.5 D is acceptable

7. Appear in NEET Exam

NEET Score is Required for MNS Exam.So the First stage is to appear for NEET Exam followed by Computer based test if your form is shortlisted
