What Is The Conference In SSB Interview

SSB Interview: Service Selection Board. It is an organization that conducts interviews for the selection of candidates for the Indian Armed Forces, including examinations like NDA, CDS AND OTHER TECHNICAL ENTRIES. The SSB interview is a multi-day selection process that includes 5 DAYS and various tests and interviews designed to evaluate the personality, intelligence, and aptitude of candidates.

CONFERENCE is one of the important stage Out of the different stages of the SSB interview and also known as one of the toughest stage or challenging stage for an aspirant it's a state which is also known as the last stage of SSB interview.

Purpose of Conference

In an SSB conference multiple officials of forces will be sitting there. They asks different questions to the candidates regarding their previous four days and how they feel , how the food was and how the things were here. The main purpose of the SSB conference is to just know the candidate, how he actually is, how he interacts with everyone and the level of confidence and some of the positive and the negative points officers want to know about the candidate.

Process of Conference

1. First of all all the candidates go to outside the conference room and wait in the waiting room then they call each of the candidate one by one into the conference room.
2. In the conference room there is a single chair which is placed opposed to the officers table
3. In a conference the end person who is taking interviews generally asked questions of normal the day you spent during the ssb interview
4. Generally the time of interview all the whole conference is approximately 5 to 10 minutes but sometimes it also depends upon the interest of the talks whatever is going on in the conference room.

Questions Asked in Conference:

1. How was your stay in SSB Centre?
2. Any difficulties you faced during your stay?
3. Whether you liked the food or not?
4. Are you satisfied with your performance?
5. Do you want to make any suggestion?

Important Points to be kept in Mind during Conference:

1. Reach to conference venue before time. Have breakfast before going there.
2. On the Conference Day, wear a clean and well ironed formal dress. Shave properly and comb your hair well.
3. When your turn comes, go and knock the door, enter with confidence and sit after permission.
4. Wish all the members of the board immediately after you enter.
5. It is obvious for you to feel little nervous but don’t lose your confidence.
6. Answer all the questions very gently and try to avoid any contradiction in your answers.
7. Do not complain about anything.
8. Do not commit any untoward activity to attract their attention.
9. Be composed and cool. Do not shake your legs.
10. While leaving, wish everyone “Good Day”.
