It was found that Motor Stitch also participated in the bid. JSC Russian helicopters subsequently informed the IAF that the VK-2500-03 engine latent &#8220;overhaul manual has never been assigned to any other enterprise.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It also said that the information is confirmed by the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation.
