Main strategies of Army will be discussed<\/span><\/h4>\nIn addition to the three Army Chiefs, CDS General Bipin Rawat, the Defense Minister will also address this Commanders Conference of the Army starting on the 26th. Atal Tunnel has been opened for traffic under Rohtang Pass on the way from Manali to Leh this month. On the way from Srinagar to Leh, under the district pass, another tunnel work of strategic importance has also started this month.
