SSB is all about your personality, candidates are judged on the basis of the personality traits he has. Accordingly he is recommended or not recommended by SSB. The assessors at the SSB look for the following Officer Like Qualities in any candidate appearing before the Board.<\/p>\n

SSB looks for candidates that can lead and inspire soldiers when odds are stacked against them remain calm under pressure and make decisions for the betterment of the country.<\/p>\n

In order to ensure that the candidate possesses these traits, he\/ she is gauged by assessors from three different testing mechanisms viz. Psychological Test, Group testing, Personal Interview.<\/p>\n
