    The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) consists of the following Tests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    He shared his experience<\/u><\/em><\/strong>–<\/p>\n

    Firstly I am very glad to be selected in NAVY AA.When I came trishul defence academy I already make up my mind to crack an exam. Through google I know about this academy and name is heared by my some friends.In july 2018 join this academy after that I saw here teaching is done to the level of exam,faculty supports fully when I am having some doubts.No one in my family is in defence but my family supports me and send me Allahabad.<\/p>\n

    In Trishul defence academy \u2013teachers and head sir talk me in very supportly manner and always encourage .60% of ques I got in exam by study material. Physics and maths question taught by faculty also seen in an exam.<\/p>\n

    In PFT Wing commander Anoop Mehrotra sir guide me in that way when I go for exam. I easily do the race and pus-hp up in time.<\/p>\n

    After joining navy when I have to go in submarine I got nervous at that time but after 3 month I get habitual and understand the work.<\/p>\n
