Currently SSB Interview is a 5 Day Interview Process<\/strong> which Evaluates Individuals for Officers Like Qualities. SSB Interview<\/strong><\/a> Process is a 5 Day Process Divided into 2 Stages:-<\/div>\n

Stage 1- <\/strong>Screening<\/div>\n
Stage 2<\/strong>– Psychological Test, GTO, Personal Interview and Conference<\/div>\n

Recently Indian Army on its Official Website came up with a new Video Stating There is a Change Proposed in Screening Process<\/div>\n

What is The Latest Change in Screening<\/b><\/h2>\n
According to Latest Changes:-<\/strong>\u00a0Screening Process will now be all Computerized and will now be known as Computerized Stage 1 Selection System which will require 2 Tests:-<\/div>\n

Test 1- CSSS<\/strong><\/div>\n
Test 2- OPAM<\/strong><\/div>\n

Lets Talk About CSSS<\/h2>\n
In this Test:-<\/strong> Candidates are Assessed For Cognitive Abilities and higher Order Cognitive Functions like:<\/div>\n

1. Visualization<\/div>\n
2. Perceptual Speed<\/div>\n
3. Linguistic Abilities<\/div>\n
4. Form Perception<\/div>\n
5. Space Perception<\/div>\n

Candidates Are Tested For\u00a0 :-<\/h2>\n
1.Working\u00a0 Memory<\/div>\n
2.Map Memory<\/div>\n
3.Auditory<\/div>\n
4.Discrimination<\/div>\n
5.Sustained Attention<\/div>\n
6.Selective Attention<\/div>\n

Lets Talk About Test 2 – OPAM<\/h2>\n
The Second Test OPAM<\/strong> consists of Self Report Objective Items Whose main aim is to Evaluate Candidates over 15 Officer Like Qualities.It is Fully Computerized,Easy to Operate and Easy to Administer and Score System.The Approximate number of Questions are :<\/div>\n

1. Cognitive- 70 Questions<\/strong><\/div>\n
2. Personality Based – 120 Questions.<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The 10 Different Tests will have Different number of Questions and Different Timings<\/div>\n

1. Over Dependence on Technology<\/div>\n
2. Candidates from rural backgrounds might initially face challenges adapting to a high-speed computer-based test<\/div>\n
