This is the first quality of Factor II. All fifteen qualities are divided into four factors. The second factor is Social Adjustment Or Social Adaptability which shows how comfortably and easily you can adjust with the people around you.<\/p>\n

Social Ability is Basically the ability of the individual to adapt under different circumstances, environment, situation with different people of different status with different mindset.
