Often we came to know about the SSB is looking for officer\u2019s like Qualities in you. The very first quality among these is Effective Intelligence or simply intelligence.Being the most populous country we are still lacking 8000 to 10000 officers in the forces because of lack of Officer Like Qualities<\/strong> A candidate having brilliant academic career he is unable to clear SSB.<\/p>\n

Hence, the definition of intelligence is nothing to do with academic brilliance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Usually, while the percentage we calculate from the schools, colleges or university examinations is not the intelligence level of that candidate. This is the learning ability of that candidate. The number he had scored is on behalf of his leaning ability. There is no mechanism of checking of your intelligence in the schools or colleges. This is one the weakness of our education system.<\/p>\n

What Effective intelligence actually means than?<\/h2>\n

Intelligence is combination of two things,<\/p>\n

1.Is you natural intelligence, and <\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Is your developed intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is something you are having god gifted. The level of functioning of your brain. And the other is what you develop in you and to apply the combination of these two intelligence is called Practical Intelligence. The Effective Intelligence is again the combination of two things one is Practical Intelligence and the other is Individual Resourcefulness. That is whenever you are working somewhere then what are the resources available around you and applying your mental intelligence to make the work more effective.<\/p>\n

Effective Intelligence is when your brain acts efficiently at the moment of need and circumstances and resources. Which is nothing to do with learning capabilities. The effective Intelligence is that comes under a situation developed in pressure.<\/p>\n

All these are judged in SSB in your SRT, PGT, GPE and if you increase you stimulating conversation then it will raise you Effective Intelligence.<\/p>\n

To Improve on Effective Intelligence One must Try to solve Sudoku and Try to Solve more of Mathematical puzzles.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
