When giving SSB candidates are really tensed about their speaking skills. Well to be honest speaking English fluently matters and those who know have an advantage.<\/p>\n

English is the official language of India so when we are applying for any post in any sector public or private. The interview is always conducted in English everywhere.<\/p>\n

When candidates are there for 5 to 6 days it is obvious that the real and true personality will eventually come out in front of assessors. So it is unwise that candidates try to show what they aren\u2019t.<\/p>\n

Today\u2019s youth speak mixture of English and Hindi which includes slangs that is totally unofficial and one should not use it at any official or job or work place.<\/p>\n

\"ssb<\/a><\/p>\n

When candidates will spend time for about 5 to 6 days they will automatically become friends or will make close terms with few batch mates. With them one can have conversation either English or Hindi or mixed informal ways but not with the assessors or the Interviewing Officers.<\/p>\n

Frankly English is mostly used on the whole. From the PPDT in screening to psychological test all the stories candidates write is in English in past form.<\/p>\n

In other assessments which have physical workout or leadership or group task in all tasks the commands are given in English.<\/p>\n

The Interview round held at last is also conducted in English candidates might use Hindi little bit. If the Officers ask in English response have to be given in English if Officer ask 1 to 2 questions in Hindi then the response can be given in Hindi but it is preferable to use English even in those questions.<\/p>\n
