Group Discussion Topics For SSB Interview: To Become a Commissioned Officer Candidates need to face 5 Days Of SSB Interview.These 5 Days is divided into 2 Stages:-<\/p>\n

Stage 1- Screening comprises of 1 Single Day<\/p>\n

Stage 2- Comprises of Psychological Test, GTO Test, Personal Interview and Conference<\/p>\n

GTO Test\u00a0Comprises 9\u00a0Tasks of which First Task is Group Discussion.In this task the group is required to discuss a\u00a0topic\u00a0given by the GTO. There shall be two\u00a0discussions\u00a0in\u00a0Group Discussion ,in the first discussion two topics will be offered by the GTO, of which the candidates will be allowed to choose one.There would be 3 Leads to Support the Topic. Candidates are supposed to Choose one lead and Speak on the Topic.<\/p>\n

In the second discussion, the GTO will give the topic and there shall be no choice. The GD is an informal exchange of views within the group, nobody is to be addressed nor is a conclusion required. Each Discussion Could be of 20-25 minutes. Following are the Points which is to be kept in mind while Participating in Group Discussion for SSB Interviews:-<\/p>\n

  1. Listen to the Leads Carefully and Follow Either of the 3 Leads . Do not Keep Changing the Leads .Choose Either a or b or c lead and keep following it till the end of discussion<\/li>\n
  2. There is no Conclusion in Gd so do not run after it<\/li>\n
  3. Warm Smile on Your Face will make a huge difference<\/li>\n
  4. Proper Body Language has to be maintained<\/li>\n
  5. Never Look at the GTO Officer.Look only amongst the Group Members<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
