- Nationality:- Indian , Nepal , Bhutan Tibetan and refugee person from Sri Lanka and east African Countries of Kenya Uganda , Pakistan , Burma the united Republic of Tanzania , Zambia, Zaire and Ethiopia and settled permanently in India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

STEPS FOR FORM FILLING<\/h2>\nStep I:- Form Filling<\/h3>\n
The first step is to fill the form within the specified date there will be requirements of educational certificates, extra physical activities, character certificate, domicile and number of passport size photos. After filling the form and attaching all the documents; the form has to be submitted to the nearest recruitment office. Forms can be downloaded online and print form is to be filled and submitted<\/p>\n
Step 2:- Physical Fitness<\/h3>\n
Physical fitness test is conducted that includes<\/p>\n
\n- 1 miles run\n
\n- 60 marks for 5.40 min<\/li>\n
- 48 marks for 5.41 min<\/li>\n
- 36 marks for 5.51 min<\/li>\n
- 24 marks for 6.01 min<\/li>\n
- Pulls ups:-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- more than 10 \u2013 40 marks<\/li>\n
- for 9 pulls ups \u2013 32 marks<\/li>\n
- for 8 pulls ups \u2013 28 marks<\/li>\n
- for 7 pulls ups \u2013 21 marks<\/li>\n
- for 6 pulls-ups – 16 marks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/strong>Step 2:- Balancing and Jumping<\/p>\nBalancing and jumping are the last steps of PFT, a candidate ha to jump a 9 feet ditch. This is the last & most important physical task, if the candidate could not qualify the balancing and jumping, then he will be out of the selection<\/p>\n
