About Women Military Police :<\/strong> Since the Indian Army introduced recruitment for females in the Indian Army GD or women military police in 2019, many females who had a dream to serve their country will now be able to do so.\u00a0 The selection procedure for the female candidates is almost similar to the male aspirants. However, the physical fitness and other physical criteria for women may have some relaxation. Women for the post is chosen based on a physical fitness test, medical standards, and a common entrance test. Candidates are encouraged to review the official notifications at joinindianarmy.nic.in.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The age limit for Women Military Police is 17 and a half to 21 years. The widows of Defence Personnel who have died in harness, on the other hand, will be limited to 30 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n

In terms of educational qualification, Candidates must have completed class 10th or Matric with a minimum of 45 percent marks\u00a0in aggregate and 33 percent in each subject. For Boards using a grading system of D Grade (33 percent -40 percent) in individual subjects or equivalent grade containing 33 percent and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45 percent in aggregate is needed. However, class 10 simple pass in enough to apply for all Gorkhas (both Nepalese and Indian) for the post of Women Military Police.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notably, following the completion of the candidate registration process, a cut-off list will be generated, and admit cards will be issued to a limited number of candidates proportionate to the number of vacancies to be filled. The cut off merit list will be based on the aggregate marks in the 10th grade, and if there are more applicants with the same marks, candidates of higher age will be chosen.<\/span><\/p>\n
