CDS 2 2021 English Analysis :<\/strong> CDS 2 2021 written exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) on 14th November 2021. It will be conducted across all the exam centres in India. After the conduction of written exam, students eagerly look forward to CDS 2 2021 Exam Analysis. Especially the English section is the deciding factor in the overall written exam which can raise up or put down the favour bar of the CDS candidates appearing for the exam.<\/p>\n

In this blog, we are providing the CDS 2 2021 English Analysis in detail which is prepared exclusively by our TDA faculty team. Do read it fully.<\/p>\n

This offline written exam will select the best candidates for the Indian Military Academy, the Indian Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, and the Officers\u2019 Training Academy for both men and women. The age of the candidates must be between 19 and 24 years old to appear in the examination.<\/p>\n

CDS 2 2021 Exam Topics<\/h3>\n

A candidate for admission to these academies has to go through a written test, SSB Interview, and Medical Examination. After these tests, a merit list is published by UPSC. The CDS exam for admission to the Indian Military Academy, the Indian Naval Academy, and the Air Force Academy consists of 3 subjects.<\/p>\n

These are English, General knowledge and elementary mathematics. Each paper contains 100 marks of objective type questions with a time limit of 2 hours. On the other hand, for admission to the Officers\u2019 Training Academy, a candidate has to appear in two papers of English and general knowledge, which contain 100 marks each. The allotted time for each paper is 2 hours.<\/p>\n

CDS 2 2021 English Topics<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective type of question paper is intended to assess the candidates’ command of the English language. The English question paper for the CDS Exam includes a paragraph for answering a few questions about it. The CDS English Syllabus contains: Spotting of Errors, Antonyms, Synonyms, Vocabulary (Idioms & Phrases), Sentence Improvement, Sentence Completion (Fill in the Blanks & Cloze Test), Ordering of Words & Sentences, Comprehension, Active-Passive Voice, Direct-Indirect Speech or Reported Speech, One Word Substitution, Parts of Speech, Spelling and Transformation.<\/p>\n

Difficulty Level-Moderate<\/p>\n

English Section included questions from Grammar, Vocabulary comprising of Antonyms, Synonyms<\/p>\n

Idioms & Phrases which were normal nature. Preposition & Determiners questions were also of normal nature.<\/p>\n

Re-arrangement of sentences (Word Arrangement & Sentence Arrangement) questions also came which were of a slightly tough nature.<\/p>\n

Reading Comprehension or Passage questions were of normal nature. Cloze Test questions were of a slightly tough nature. If the students have attempted all the questions cautiously, they may have a good chance to score high.<\/p>\n
