Indian Army has given a befitting reply to the terrorists who have been killing civilians and soldiers in Kashmir for the past several days. On Tuesday, the army killed 6 terrorists of Pakistan-based terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba in the jungles of Rajouri. Not only this, the encounter between the army and the terrorists is still going on. At present, the soldiers of 16 Corps of Army are taking front from 3 to 4 terrorists. On October 16, after the martyrdom of 9 soldiers in an encounter with terrorists in Rajouri-Poonch, CDS General Bipin Rawat had arrived to visit the area. During this he had met the local commanders and inquired about the ongoing operations against the terrorists.<\/p>\n

It is believed that during this time, General Bipin Rawat told the army commanders that instead of chasing the terrorists themselves, wait for them and kill them when they get a chance. An Indian Army commander said, ‘The reason for the martyrdom of our soldiers was that the terrorists were operating hiding in these forests.<\/p>\n

Due to this, they were easily changing their places and a large number of forces were looking for them. According to Home Ministry sources, 9 to 10 Lashkar terrorists had infiltrated into India from Rajouri-Poonch border in the last two to three months.<\/p>\n

Terrorists have made several attempts to infiltrate along the LoC, but the Indian Army and security agencies have consistently thwarted all such attempts. However, the army believes that after the changed situation in Afghanistan, the spirits of the terrorists have increased and their infiltration attempts have increased. In fact, the army has made a big change in its strategy to deal with terrorists.
