Terrorist Mohammad Ashraf, who was planning terrorist attacks in many cities of the country including Delhi, was not only carrying out terrorist acts in the country, but he was also making Indian youth jihadis in the name of religion. He used to enter the house as a Pir Maulvi. It is being told that he has made dozens of youths of India as jihadis. It is also being said that terrorists have sent many youths to Pakistan for training. A senior police officer of the Special Cell said that it was wearing the cloak of Pir Maulvi. He used to read verses from the Quran and claimed to cure people. He had also learned witchcraft to convert youths into jihadis. Mohammad Ashraf Peer used to enter the house on the pretext of treating him as a cleric. He also used to claim to cure by taking advantage of superstition.<\/p>\n

After entering the house, he used to make acquaintance and tie friendship. After this, he used to incite the youth present in the house to become jihadis in the name of religion. He used to tell the youth that everyone has to be included in the religion of Islam.<\/p>\n

The Special Cell is probing how many youths it has made jihadis so far and how many youths have been sent to Pakistan for terrorist training. The accused has also revealed during interrogation that he used to take donations from people with money to further the religion.<\/p>\n

This sleeper used to spend that money in the upcoming works of the cell. It has taken donations from many people. To make more and more youth jihadis and hide their identity, they did not stay in one place for long. He used to change his places frequently.<\/p>\n

Mohammad Ashraf got his passport made in the year 2013. In the passport, he has given the address of Shastri Nagar, Delhi. The accused had made all the necessary documents from making his ration card.<\/p>\n

Mohammad Ashraf, arrested from Laxmigar, told the police in initial interrogation that he is originally a resident of Narowal in Pakistani Punjab. He is the kingpin of active sleeper cell in India. The ISI had entrusted him with the responsibility of terrorist acts during the festive season. He was living here on the fake identity of Mohammad Ashraf Ali Ahmed Noori son Noor Ahmed, resident of Shastri Park, Delhi.<\/p>\n

According to Delhi Police officials, the ISI had recruited Ashraf directly. In 2004, he took six months of terrorist training from ISI handler code name Nasir in Sialkot, Pakistan.
