{"id":14542,"date":"2021-08-19T14:54:35","date_gmt":"2021-08-19T09:24:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trishuldefenceacademy.in\/blog\/?p=14542"},"modified":"2022-08-01T11:55:37","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T06:25:37","slug":"girls-allowed-to-take-nda-exam-full-analysis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trishuldefenceacademy.in\/blog\/girls-allowed-to-take-nda-exam-full-analysis","title":{"rendered":"Girls Allowed To Take NDA Exam : Full Analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Girls Allowed NDA exam :<\/strong> Supreme Court on 18th August 2021 (Wednesday) has given a historic judgement which now allow female defence aspirants to appear in NDA exam.<\/p>\n<p>Till now National Defence Academy&#8217;s were shut for the female aspirants who always wished to be part of Indian Armed Forces and rather questioned the patriarchal and gender bias policy.<\/p>\n<p>In this regards a lot of PILs (Public Interest Litigations) were filed in the apex court of India.<\/p>\n<p>However it must be noted that the final decision on admission is subject to the adjuctment on the petitions.<\/p>\n<p>The top court said the policy decision is based on &#8220;gender discrimination&#8221;.\u00a0The apex court verdict mentioned that admissions will be subject to the final orders of the court,\u00a0as reported by ANI.<\/p>\n<p>A division bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Hrishikesh Roy passed the interim order today. Both papers will be of two and half hours. Mathematics paper will be of 300 marks and General Ability Test will be of 600 marks.<\/p>\n<p>This is a historic development for the females who are the second part of our democratic population.
