India-China Hotline : A hotline has been set up between the Indian Army in North Sikkim and the PLA at Khamba Dzong in the Tibetan Autonomous Region, amid a standoff with China in eastern Ladakh. The main objective of setting up this hotline is to further the spirit of trust and cordial relations between the two countries across the borders. The hotline has been established on 1 August, PLA Day.<\/p>\n

After the establishment of the hotline, now it has become an easy way for the commanders of the armies of both the countries to communicate. Ground commanders of armies of both the countries participated on the occasion of its inauguration and messages of friendship and harmony were exchanged through hotlines.<\/p>\n

For information, let us tell you that this sixth hotline has been established between India and China. Earlier, hot lines have been established between the armies of the two countries, two in East Ladakh, one in Sikkim and one in Arunachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n

In this conversation, which lasted for 9 hours, there has been a discussion between the military commanders of both the countries to end the tension in eastern Ladakh.<\/p>\n

The situation on the border is quite tense due to the conflict between the soldiers of India and China since the dispute that emerged along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh. Several rounds of talks have been held so far to reduce this tension. After which there is peace with the LAC at present but the tension has not reduced.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
