Online exam is divided into 2 Phase.Phase 1 &nbsp;examination which consists of Online Exam &nbsp;and after that candidate will go for Phase II examination which includes Physical Fitness Test and Adaptability Test .Adaptability test is &nbsp;divided into two parts first Adaptability test is based on Situation Reaction Test and second Adaptability test is Group Discussion.Situation Reaction test consists of 50 Questions and that has be solved in 30 Minutes and solely based on Situation basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptability Test-1 <\/strong>(For both X &amp; Y Group) all candidates undertake Adaptability Test- 1 (Objective type written test). This test &nbsp;is conducted &nbsp;to check the suitability of candidate for employment in Indian Air Force (IAF).Group X has to Solve the Exam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Fitness Test (PFT)<\/strong> After qualifying Online test the short listed candidates as per merit which will be displayed on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airmenselection.in\">www.airmenselection.in<\/a>&nbsp; and soon Physical Fitness Test starts .<\/p>\n<p>This test consist of 1.6 Km race to be completed within stipulated time of 6 Minutes and 30 Seconds and then &nbsp;candidates need to perform 10 push-ups, 10 sits-ups, and 20 Squats to qualify the physical fitness test<\/p>\n<p>Note: Candidates need to carry their shoes and shorts\/track pants.We seriously advise that candidates should carry the sports track suit and shoes&nbsp; with them specially in the grounds of West Bengal and Behta in PATNA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptability Test-2 <\/strong>(For both X &amp; Y Group)-Screening Test-All candidates who have passed Adaptability Test -1 have to qualify Adaptability test 2 as per policy of Indian Armed Forces.This test is meant to know the adjustable nature as to are the &nbsp;candidate able to adjust to the Life Style &nbsp;of Armed Forces Personnel .Sudden Conclusions or Instant Solutions are Required out of Airmen and thats the reason why Indian Air Force Has Incurred Situation&nbsp;
