Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Economic Review 2020-21 in Parliament on 29 January 2021, prepared by Chief Economic Advisor Krishnamurthy Subramanian. The third Economic Survey of Modi Government 2.0 has been presented. This report shows the current state of the country’s economy and the results of the steps taken by the government.<\/p>\n

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the budget in Parliament on 01 February 2021. Economic survey is presented every year before the budget. The report of this survey is prepared by a team headed by the Chief Economic Advisor (CEA) of the government. CEA launched mobile survey of economic survey.<\/p>\n

Economic survey is usually presented on the working day before the general budget is presented. In this, there is a complete account of the health of the country economy. This time due to Sunday on 31 January, the Economic Survey is being presented in Parliament on 29 January. In this, along with providing information about various sectors of the economy, suggestions have been made about further reforms to speed up economic growth.<\/p>\n

A rapid recovery is expected in FY 2021-22 in the economy affected by the corona virus epidemic and the ‘lockdown’ imposed for its prevention. In the first quarter of the current financial year, the economic growth rate has come down by 23.9 percent while in the second quarter it has come down by 7.5 percent.<\/p>\n

It is expected to fall by 7.7 percent for the entire financial year. GDP (GDP) growth rate is estimated to be 11 percent in the next financial year 2021-22. According to the survey, the tightness of Kovid-19 lockdown led to negative economic growth at that time but positive growth in the coming time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
