Pakistan Army conducting maneuvers near border with Rajasthan amidst ongoing tension
A troop of Pakistani forces is conducting maneuvers in the Thar Desert amidst ongoing tension along the border with India. This practice called ‘Zidar ul Hadith’ started on 28 January and will last till 28 February. The area in which this exercise is being carried out is adjacent to the border of Rajasthan. The purpose of this four-week exercise is to test the defense preparedness in the desert. Karachi Corp of Pakistani Army is taking part in this exercise.
