By becoming a lieutenant in the Indian Navy, a young man from Nalayana has fulfilled the dream of his parents. Vishal Rana, a resident of Nalayana village of Tanihar Panchayat of Dharampur sub-division of district Mandi, has made the entire region proud by becoming a lieutenant in the Indian Navy and has emerged as an inspiration for the youth of the area. After four years of rigorous training, he became a lieutenant in the huge Indian Navy at Nalyana village in the passing out parade from the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala in Kerala on Saturday.
