Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States in a historic ceremony on 20 January 2021. Democratic leader Biden was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Chief Justice John Roberts at the ‘West Front’ of the Capitol Building. Before that, Kamala Harris was sworn in as the first female Vice President of the country. She is the 49th Vice President of the country. She also has the distinction of becoming the first female Vice President of America. After taking oath, the new President of America, Joe Biden said that we will unite America.
