Famous Veteran Actor Anupam Shyam Passes Away At 63
Famous artist of small and big screen Anupam Shyam has passed away on 08 August 2021. He was 63 years old. Many parts of his body had stopped working.
Government of India constitute committee to review guidelines of television rating agencies
Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India has constituted a committee to review the guidelines applicable to television rating agencies in India. The committee will be chaired by Prasar Bharati CEO Shashi Shekhar Vempati. This committee will re-review the existing television rating guidelines so that various procedures can be strengthened to make them more reliable and transparent. Led by Shashi Tharoor, the Parliamentary Panel on Information Technology last month unanimously agreed that the current system of measuring audience estimates through television rating points (TRP) is flawed and its technology is outdated.
