With Effect from 11 May 2015 a new Policy has been Circulated by Indian Armed Forces regarding Tattoo. The New Tattoo Policy is as follows:- Candidates From Tribal Communities Candidates From Tribal Community as declared by Government of India Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Orders Act are Permitted to Have Permanent Tattoos on any part of Body. 1.) Tribal Communities need to Appendix B signed by DM/SDM of District or Tehsil where the Tribe of candidate is Presently Settled. 2.)
