On the occasion of 50 years of Indian Army’s victory in the Indo-Pak war in 1971, the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (Scott) of the Air Force on Monday conducted a flypast over the capital Dehradun with Hawk fighter planes. The Doon Valley reverberated with the roar of warplanes. The team of brave pilots of Surya Kiran team reached the capital Doon after taking off from Hindon airbase in Ghaziabad, demonstrated their ability by circling the sky twice. This was probably the first time that so many warplanes of the Air Force flew in the skies of the state simultaneously. Three
