Preparations are on to increase the amount of financial assistance to the families of all the Central Armed Police Forces personnel who lost their lives while on duty. The Ministry of Home Affairs is considering a proposal to increase this amount to Rs 35 lakh. According to sources, instructions in this regard can also be issued by all the forces soon.
