DRDO Successfully Test Fires Akash Prime Missile
A new variant of Akash missile was successfully test-fired from Chandipur in Odisha on Monday. Officials said the missile, named ‘AKASH PRIME’, in its maiden test flight, accurately hit an unmanned aerial target mimicking an enemy aircraft. This test was done at 4.30 pm.
