PM Narendra Modi Dedicate 7 New Defense Companies To Nation On Vijayadashmi
On the occasion of Vijayadashmi 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated seven defense companies to the country. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was also present during a program organized in this context. Central Govt Approves Ordinance Factory Board To Split Into 7 Companies
In a meeting of the Union Cabinet held on June 16, the 220-year-old Ordnance Factories, called the Fourth Arm of Indian Defense, were divided into seven companies in one stroke. These are the same factories which supplied equipment to the Indian Army in the war with Pakistan, Bangladesh Liberation War, Battle of Kargil and skirmishes in Ladakh. C.
