Supreme court ordered to restore parliament in Nepal
The Supreme Court of Nepal ordered the restoration of the country’s parliament on 23 February 20221. The Supreme Court overturned the decision of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. The caretaker Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli has suffered from the Supreme Court of Nepal. The Supreme Court of Nepal overturned the decision of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and ordered the reinstatement of the Nepali Parliament. On the recommendation of KP Oli, President Bidya Deb Bhandari dissolved the Nepali parliament on December 20 last year.
